Had a very good stay at the Unic Design hotel in Playa, loved staff and amenities. The restaurant was good on first floor here, I had appetising dishes. Comfy bed and pillows, there were a personal safe, air conditioning and a mini-bar available.

This place was luxury and had fantastic staff and rooms, I truly enjoyed it. Set in amazing area, bars and restaurants were close to the hotel. It was near the beach. They made my stay comfortable.

It made my trip to Playa del Carmen a REALLY REALLY NICE experience. Everything was great and fairly clean, I loved staff and location. Nice building and rooms with perfect decoration. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a nice balcony.

The staff are friendly, everyone. The room was very clean. Within walking distance the restaurant La Vagabunda. We enjoyed unic design hotel so we would definitely come back there.
